Ashwini Kasar is a Marathi Television and Theatre actress. Ashwini was born on 18 December 1989 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her BA in Economics Statistics degree from Ruia college, Mumbai. Then she completed her LLB degree from Government of Law college. She completed her LLM degree from University of Mumbai.
Ashwini was very active in her college cultural programs. She participated in various plays. Besides acting, Ashwini is an amazing dancer, Writer and Lawyer. Her father name is Ulhas Kasar. Ashwini is single and hasn’t been involved in relationship with anyone.
Career & Early Life
Ashwini Kasar started her acting career since 2014. She made her debut on Television with Colors Marathi’s “Kamla” serial in 2014. She played the lead role kamla in this serial opposite to co-actor Akshar Kothari. She was very famous for her character of Kamla. She won Sanskruti Kaladarpan Puraskar for her serial Kamla.
She played the lead role of Purva in Zee Yuva channel serial “Katti Batti” opposite co-star Pushkar Sarad in 2017. In 2019, she played role Gunjan in Star Pravah’s serial “Molkarinbaai Mothi Tichi Sawali”.
Currently she is playing the character lead role of Savitribai Fule in Sony Marathi’s serial “SavitriJoti” opposite co-star Omkar Govardhan who is playing the lead role of Jotiba Fule.
Ashwini made her debut in short film Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Baiko. She played role in Garja Ashwini episodic show. She also acted in commercial play SoyareSakal.
Her upcoming Marathi film “Ek Hota Malin” will be released soon.
