Sharad Kelkar one of the most popular actors on Indian Television. He is acted in mainly Marathi films and Hindi films and also in television serials. Sharad was born on 7th October 1976 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He did his schooling from Balvihar Higher Secondary School, Gwalior. He completed his degree in MBA marketing from Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. He is also a physical education graduate. He is also a former physical trainer. His hometown is in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He is not only an actor but also a model. He participated in the ramp show. In 2002, he participated in Grasim Mr. India and became a Finalist. H started modeling and has done about 25 ramp shows.
On 3rd June 2005, he is married with actress Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar. She is appeared in Saat Phere- Saloni Ka Safar serial. Sharad and Keerti participated in Nach Baliye 2. This couple is blessed with a cute baby girl Kesha.

He is acted in many Marathi as well as Hindi films and serials. He was started his Television career in 2004. In 2004, he made debut in DD national show “Aakrosh”. In 2004, he played the role of Advocate Kunal in Star Plus’s “Bhabhi” serial. He played episodic role in Sahara One’s “Raat Hone Ko Hai – Takquilla Mansion” serial. He is also played role of Rocky in Sony TV’s “CID” show.
In 2005, he played the role of rudra Raizada in Zee TV’s “Sindhur Tere Naam Ka” serial. From 2005-09 he played role of Nahar Pratap Singh in Zee TV’s “Sath Phere Saloni Ka Safar” serial. In 2006 he is participated with her wife Keerti in Star One’s dance reality show “Nach Baliye 2”. In 2009, he played the role of Thakur Digvijay Singh in Colors TV’s “Bairi Piya” serial. In 2010, he played the role of Abhay in NDTV’s “Sarvggun Sampanna” serial. He is appeared as a host in TV shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007, Rock-N-Roll Family, and Shaitaan – A Criminal Mind. In 2019, he played the role of Arvind in “The Family Man season 1 and 2” show. He played the role of Raja Phogat in “Rangbazz Phir Se” show.

He is acted in many Bollywood films, some of them are Hulchul, 1920: Evil Returns, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Hero, Mohenjo Daro, Rocky Handsome, Irada, Guest in London, Bhoomi, Badshaho, Purple, Housefull 4, Laxmi Bomb, Takht, Bhuj: The Pride of India. In 2020, he played the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the popular bollywood film “Tanhaji” alongside Ajay Deogan, Saif Ali Khan and Kajol Deogan.
