Om Bhutkar is an actor from the Marathi industry. He was born on 1st March, 1991 in Pune, Maharashtra. He did his schooling from Abhinav Vidyalaya High School, Pune. He completed his post-graduation in Commerce from B.M. College of Commerce, Pune. He was participated in in the cultural programs and functions in his school and college days. Then, he decided to make career in this field. Then, he moved to Mumbai to pursue his career.

Om is a talented actor in Marathi film industry. He made his debut in Marathi Film Industry with movie Chhota Sipaahi. He played a role as a child artist. He also won the Best Child Actor Award. Then, he worked in Ek Cup Chai movie. After that, he played a role in lots of Marathi movie such as Naal, Zindagi Virat, Mulshi Pattern etc.
One of the super hit movie of his was Mulshi Pattern. He played a character as rahul of farmer’s son opposite to actress Malvika Gaikwad. Mohan Joshi played his father’s role in this movie. His character from this movie so much loved by audience. His another hit movie is Naal, which was directed by Nagraj Manjule.
Om also acted in few Marathi plays like Sukhan, Aashadhatil Ek Diwas, Mi Galib, Don Shoor etc. He is also a writer. He has written few Marathi plays such as Sukhan, Mi Galib and Vitha. He got an award Firodia Karandak for his play Vitha. He also got fellowship from Vinod Sharayu Joshi Foundation.
