Akshaya Deodhar was born on 14 May in Pune, Maharashtra. She did her schooling from Ahilyadevi High School and completed her college from BMCC College of Pune, Maharashtra.
Akshaya loves theatres. She acted for a lot in number of theatres. She played lot of role for theatres such as Binkamache Sanvad, Darshan, Sangeet Manapman & like others. Since she acted for theatres, she decided she makes her career in the acting field. So, when she completed her college, she moved to Mumbai for complete her dream.
In the 2012, she has won the award of Shravan Queen Award from the Maharashtra Times. Currently, she is doing Tujhyat Jiv Rangla Marathi serial for Zee Marathi. She played a role of teacher which name is Anjali Pathak who falls in love with Rana which is played by Hardeek Joshi in this serial.
Akshaya became very popular for her role of Anjali Pathak in the audience. She got reward for her role of Anjali Pathak Colgate Max Fresh Face of the Year in the 2016. She is dating to Marathi Actor Suyash Tilak.
