Sumit Pusavale is an actor & model. He was born on 7th December, 1990 from a small village Dighanji in Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. He did his schooling from his hometown Dighanji, Kolhapur. Then, he went to Pune for further study. He completed his graduation in Hotel Management from Pune University. His father Savanta is a farmer and he does few social activities. After completed his education, he did job for 3 years for different companies in hotel management industry. He wants to start his own restaurant.

Sumit Pusavale is very talented actor. He was active in the cultural programs and function in his colony & school since childhood. When he was in 12th standard, he played a role in a Marathi play named Patre Sarkar in his college. That play was based on freedom fighter. He played a role of Nagnath Anna in that play.
Sumit made his debut in Marathi film industry from movie Sargam. He played a small role in that movie. Then, he moved to Mumbai, and he worked in famous Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra’s Production as a chief assistant director in four films for this production. He did a video album also as a chief assistant director. His one of the close friend Mangesh Bankar inspired him to make a career in modeling and acting. Then, Sumit did a photo-shoot for Gowardhan Company.
Sumit made his debut on Marathi television from the popular Marathi serial Lagir Zal Ji on Zee Marathi. He played a negative role of Sumya as a fauji/indian soldier. His character Sumya was a full of attitude, wants to come first always. He got a real identity from this serial. Nitish Chavan and Shivani Baokar hold as leading character. Then, he started his own youtube channel with show College Panchayat along with his friend co-star Paji from Lagir Zal Ji.
Sumit started his career as a leading actor on television serial from serial Balumamachya Navan Chang Bhal on Colors Marathi.
